1. Shipping

    For the smooth and protected delivery of your order, JoVonna LaVista Jewelry:

    • Insures all pieces for their full value.

    • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

    • Requires an adult to sign for the delivery of all orders.

      On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with, damaged, or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

  2. Returns and Exchanges

    Non-custom pieces may be exchanged if prior approval and return is secured within 5 days of receiving. Shipping fees must be paid in advance by the customer for all exchanges. Items for exchange must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation and packaging. Due to their personalized nature, all custom pieces are non-exchangeable. Refunds are not available.

  3. Warranties and Repairs

    JoVonna LaVista Jewelry is crafted to the highest workmanship and quality standards, but wear can occur to any piece of fine jewelry through normal and repeated use. Warranties are not provided on our pieces. Minor to moderate repairs can be arranged for a fee to be discussed and approved prior to return.
